Atrium Hamam is a spa center that offers an authentic experience of a traditional Turkish bath combined with modern comforts. The main feature of the Atrium is the Turkish steam bath, also known as a hamam, which provides a relaxing and revitalizing experience. Here, you can unwind in a warm, humid atmosphere that helps relax muscles and detoxify the body. The hamam consists of a room measuring around 70 square meters, with a temperature of 40-45°C and 100% humidity, including a refreshment area. Traditionally, the hamam is adorned with lavish mosaics and tiles, creating a soothing and luxurious atmosphere.

What kind of an experience is it and what is the ritual of bathing in a hammam like?

Upon arrival at the ATRIUM Hammam lobby, you will receive a complimentary tea and biscuit offering. Resting in the lobby, you will have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the treatment that awaits you. You will also be able to choose the very content and the essence of the soap and oils, making each visit to the hammam personally focused on your needs and moods.

At the reception you will receive a key for your own locker, hammam clothing, disposable underwear, slippers and a towel. These are all included in our costs

Then, you will be escorted to the women’s or men’s changing room, where you will change and, if need be, shower.

When you are ready, you will enter the hammam, where you can choose a spot to sit down and relax. Showers and a plunge pool with cold water are available from any spot, and you are welcome to refresh if you so wish. A cold shower is recommended during and after a steam bath.

At the counter within the hammam there are refreshing drinks, which you are welcome to help yourself to during your stay at the hammam.

After 20-30 minutes, or any time that suits you best, you will move on to the heated table behind the screen, where soaping and a massage with a coarse glove will be carried out; the so-called skin peel. The body will then be washed with warm water.

Hair masks and other special treatments will be applied according to each individual arrangement.

Upon exiting the hammam, you will receive tea and refreshments again in the relaxation area or in the changing room.

After you leave the hammam, you can also visit the Atrium beauty salon, where you can book appropriate hair, cosmetic treatment or a 55 minute body massage on the upper level of the building.

The expected stay within the hammam area is about one hour.
